Can anybody put a more precise year on this photo? ( UPDATED )

According to the cheaters who gis’d the image, this is 1973. However, full credit goes to RamblinRover who sleuthed it out based on the bumpers. Good work!

Perhaps more critically, I don’t know if I can see a single ‘74+ era bumper in the pic, on anything. So ~’73 might be a good bet unless we assume there are no new cars at all.

I’m not going to cheat by using GIS, but will try to identify it based on the various vehicles. Some that stick out are an Audi 100LS, Volvo 164 and an AMC Gremlin. My guess would be ‘72-’73.

I was going to say 1973 also just by the cars. That gold cougar looks like a new 73 model.

EDIT: Way up in the right corner there’s a Black 73 Duster.
